M.E / CFS is a physical, debilitating illness. Having suffered with M.E / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome myself (read my story in the first chapter of my book), I know how much of a MINEFIELD it can be in navigating the route to recovery, especially since everybody’s experience with the illness varies, and there being no magic pill to fix you.
Having recovered from the condition, I saw first-hand how much diet, lifestyle and mindset were instrumental in easing my symptoms and facilitating my recovery. When working with M.E. / CFS clients, I take an individualised approach which is always rooted in evidence-based science and have achieved incredible results with my clients.

Master Practitioner (BPS)
A qualification I believe all Nutritionists should have. In M.E / CFS, sometimes an elimination diet can be an effective protocol. Yet more often than not, food phobias can arise, where people fear certain foods that may exacerbate their symptoms. I am trained with the National Centre for Eating Disorders in order to ensure my clients maintain a healthy relationship towards food when embarking on specific protocols to target their health condition.

Whilst not all, majority of M.E / CFS cases follow on from a virus (post-viral fatigue). With the outbreak of COVID, we are seeing more and more long-covid cases overlapping with the symptoms of M.E / CFS.

Nutritional science is a complex field. With ever-evolving research, my role is to guide you on the right path to eating well and finding a diet that works to support you on your journey towards optimum health.
In my nutrition clinic, I may recommend functional testing to provide strategic insight into what is driving your M.E symptoms and underlying health concerns, as well as suggesting a targeted supplement protocol based on where you are at in your journey.

Online Mindset Group Coaching

This 18-week group coaching programme includes a series of group calls for those suffering with M.E / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome as well as those who have fatigue-related symptoms such as those with Fibromyalgia, Lyme disease and burnout:
1 fortnightly video call (9 calls total over 18 weeks) that opens the space for a collective sharing process; we will be discussing the mental and emotional challenges when dealing with M.E / CFS and check-ins to see how you are coping each week.
Benefits of group coaching include learning mindset strategies from NLP to EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). I’ll provide some key stress-busting tools to manage macro and microstressors in your life, to get the body into a more healing state.
